Thrush: White spots inside your baby's cheeks are usually a sign of a common condition known as thrush. If the spots do not come off by simply wiping with a burp cloth, your pediatrician should examine your baby to determine if treatment is required. Thrush can become painful and bleed if not treated.

Might be thrush: It might be thrush, a yeast infection that is very common in babies. You'll need a prescription for an antifungal (anti-yeast) medicine from your doc. If it isn't thrush, it may be something else, in which case you should still have your baby's doc check - especially if the baby is fussy or not feeding well. (ps - if it wipes off easily, it may just be retained milk.).

Thrush: This sounds like thrush, caused by a yeast. Your doctor can prescribe some drops to clear this up.
