Some symptoms are...: People with leukemia can have unusual bleeding, easy bruising, tiny blood spots on the skin, frequent infections, mouth ulcers, pallor (looking pale), shortness of breath, swollen lymph nodes, enlarged liver, unintentional weight loss, etc. That said, there are many other disorders that cause one or more of these listed signs and symptoms. A visit to the doctor can help if a person has symptoms.
