Back abdomen pain: Question would how long has this being on. Mid back in general probably muscular in nature looking back to see what you have been doing in the last two days. As far as the abdominal pain hard to say without exam maybe related to back or separate right lower abdominal pain of course concerns us about appendix however if your feeling it increasing pain feverish nausea urine discomfort suggest an ER
