See Eyedoc: Hi. The new onset of double vision in a 22 year old woman needs to be evaluated by an ophthalmologist. High on the list of possible causes are alcohol and drug side effects, thyroid eye disease, diabetic 3rd nerve palsy, myasthenia gravis, atherogenic and neurogenic 6th nerve palsy, MS..
