Migraine?: Being female and at your age, I suspect that you may be suffering from a migraine attack. On the other hand, having new-onset migraine for the first time at your age requires a neurologic evaluation. Contact your family physician or a neurologist ASAP if this is the first time you have ever experienced these symptoms.

Concerning: There are many causes of headaches and double vision and most are concerning. Migraines to mini strokes could cause symptoms. Because I have limited information about you such as medications you take or other medical conditions you have, I would strongly recommend you seek medical attention sooner then later. Good luck
