Consult best: Hi - could be a variety of things. Might be striae (stretch marks although this can be related to medical conditions) or some sort of dermatitis. A virtual consult with pictures or an in person consult with your doctor might help to sort it out.

Red lines thigh : These could be due to various reasons like certain parasitic infections ( cutaneous larva migrans) , fungal infection, dermatitis etc . You can post your question again with. Picture or consult your GP .

Lines: if it is not infection and not painful, they are likely to be stria. sometime s people get it when they have more fat in area. caused by stretch of the skin. not sure what your situation is.
