Good question: it sounds like you have had a medical evaluation and some studies to look at your lungs. unfortunately, it is not possible to know everything about lung nodules from xrays or cat scans, even though one can tell if they are growing or changing in any way. Hope for the best and continue to follow up with your doctors. If anything becomes suspicious, they may offer a biopsy to be sure.
