No.: You know how if you breathe a lot of helium, your voice gets all high and squeaky? The amount needed to harm either you or the baby is even higher than that needed for a voice change, so if everything sounded normal in the house, you are not even close to a harmful amount.

No: Helium that might escape goes up, rising to the top of the space and eventually escapes into the outside. Everybody in the house is located below where this would be, so chance exposure is not realistic.
