I have developed a rash on my neck. red and blotchy in that not well defined edges. gets worse with sun exposure. not scaly, itchy or painful. just red. also have a lesion/sore in mouth on palate show up at same time..unsure if related. ?

Unfortunately it: will be impossible to diagnose you over the internet since we cannot see your rash or your oral lesion. These findings could easily be related to an autoimmune process or your medications. You need to make an appointment with your health care provider to discuss these new findings. Don't delay.
