Probably yes: Azithromycin sometimes does this; sorry you went through it. A research study indicated that if vomiting occurs more than 30 minutes after taking the drug, enough is absorbed to be effective. However, you went barely over that. Best to contact the doctor or clinic for re-treatment with azithromycin; or perhaps doxycycline for 7 days.
