I have gerd due to bulimia, can i continue to throw up (b4 food turns acidic) without causing more damage?

Not sure...: ...I understand the question. Before food turns acidic? That does not take any time at all; the acid is always there in the stomach, and each time stomach contents get thrown up, that acid will burn the esophagus on the way out, causing more damage.
