SOB GERD: Are you on medications like omeprazole, ranitidine? Have you tried maalox or TUMs. if they give benefit may be GERD. Perforation would be severe pain and SOB and after 2 days your would be very sick with low BP. No smoking no alcohol. no NSAIDS But would follow up with urgent care doc today
