Weeks of pain in right temple radiating to right eye, jaw. now also fever, nausea, headache, sore neck, ct at dentist today severe rt sinus also totally blocked, & infected molar root. is er warranted in addition to dental care for the rest of my s/s?

No: From your description it seems infected molar is at fault. Please have that treated first. Because of the serious nature of your spreading infectionI would recommend an Endodontists or Oral Surgeon. If oral/dental treatment, often with antibiotic coverage, does not provide relief the next step is to be seen by an ENT. ER would only treat your symptoms, not the root cause of the problem.
