Doctor visit: Need to have an exam within the nose. You may have a infection, foreign body, polyp etc. The Migraine headache will go away with sleep. It can be prevented after a thorough work up at the doctors. With medication you can take at the first start of the Headache and avoid the visual changes and painful Migraine headache.
