My right eye sees a slight wave in everything for the past six years, that ungulates. far right periphery of same eye, strobe-light flash occasional.

Macular degeneration: If you are older needs to be rapidly excluded as this often can cause wavy vision. The other potentially serious possibility here that may need to be considered is a retinal detachment. Migraine is another possibility. Requires an urgent doctor examination to check the retina (back of eye) and may require referral to an ophthalmologist

Retinal flash : This is likely vitreous traction , a form of floaters , tugging on the retina. You should consult a retina specialist to rule out torn, detached retina or other serious problem
