What over countor medicine can i take to help lupus?

Several: Aspirin, ibuprofen, and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents can be a good start in managing lupus pain and inflammation. Menthol-based creams applied to the skin over sore joints may prove helpful. Lupus is a rough disease, and i always remind the medical students that patients feel far worse than they appear, and are misunderstood. Good luck.

None w/o direction: Lupus is a complicated disease with many drug interactions. All medications should be reviewed with the treating rheumatologist, prior to ingestion.
