Urologist: There are 2 issues. The first is do you have an infection with chlamydia. The second is whether treatment with azithromycin is controlling the inflammation of the infection. It is the inflammation that causes your symptoms and it can cause urethral adhesions and strictures that can interfere with the flow of urine and fertility problems. See a urologist ASAP.
