Normal: This is natural. The body often has asymmetries between the two sides. -.25 is truly a small asymmetry and could be gone by next year. No vitamins needed, but if you don't eat many vegetables, you might try some lutein and zeaxanthine to make sure your macular carotenoid pigment concentration is normal. This is optional.
