You mean diarrhea?: Hypermotility of your intestines could just be from ibs/irritable bowel syndrome. This diagnosis is made after ruling out other conditions including infection, inflammation, auto-immune condition, etc. Have a comprehensive blood work up from your primary dr. Good luck!
