Healthy Lifestyle: Cancer can be prevented if you live healthy by maintaining a healthy weight(Overweight has to be controlled), Eat healthy by consuming plant based foods(avoid red meat and animal fats(dairy products like milk and ice cream are rich foods cause weight gain). Avoid smoking and alcohol use. Exercise daily for 30-45 minutes. Annual health check and Cancer screening tests are advised.
