Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Pus is a collection of dead white blood cells and tissue debris.

A collection of WBCs: Pus is a collection of white blood cells(WBCs). it is usually a sign of infection. Infection can produce boils on the skin. Boils can breakdown and ooze out pus. You may need an antibiotic to control infection. So you should go see your doctor to take care of this problem.
