I'm getting lumps on both my armpits, underneath the skin and two of them are painful to touch. should i be worried?

Pain in armpits.: There are generally two things of concern that could occur in the armpits. You could be feeling inflamed lymph nodes, wherein the question would be as to the reason they're inflamed. Or this could represent a rather stubborn infection called hydradenitis suppurativa. Regardless, you should be evaluated for this locally, as treatment may be needed.
