Acrochordons: These tags of skin are more prominent in some families and more numerous on obese people. They are removed quickly and easily without sutures or dressings. It is nearly painless, OK to get wet, heals in about a week. They are also common around the neck, under the breasts, and in the groin. They are common on the eyelids and just as easily removed. They never become malignant.
