What did Pap show?: Did ur Pap cytology show SIL? - LSIL or HSIL? If so, given ur age, you need a Colposcopy, regardless of HPV result. However a high risk HPV subtype supports the cytology result of SIL. A colposcopy with biopsies / ECC will provide histologic samples for the pathologist to determine severity of cervical dysplasia. Please see clinician who is qualified to perform colposcopies to review ur results
