Rhinitis: You are sneezing because your nose is irritated by something. This could be allergens in your environment. One common allergen in the bedroom would be dust mites or pet dander. Look in your environment for any other potential allergens or irritants and try to eliminate them.

Breathing: When you take your first deep breath in the a.m. , you may start sneezing from inhaling the allergens. If the air is cold ,it may trigger sneezing as well.
