See doctor ASAP: A ruptured ovarian cyst is one possibility, but there are many other potential causes as well, some of them potentially serious. Any abdominal or pelvic pain should be professionally evaluated, so see a doctor ASAP. If the pain remains severe or if you have fever, do it immediately, even if it means a visit to an urgent care clinic or emergency department. Good luck!
