I consume 2 litres of coconut water per day. i have severely low potassium and it's the only thing that has kept it normal. is this safe?

It seems expensive: and unnecessary to replace your potassium this way. 2 liters of coconut water provides 380 calories and 140% of the daily established potassium requirement. It would be cheaper and a lot more convenient to take a daily potassium supplement if you need it. Discuss this with your health care provider. It is probably safe but not very realistic to continue this for an extended period of time.
