Consult your md: re: an alternative if possible. Macrodantin or Bactrim are popular first line drugs to treat uncomplicated UTIs. Cipro can have multiple drug issues, such that it is discouraged as a firstline agent; in the case of celexa, the 2drugs may cause q-t prolongation - a change in the rhythm of the heart that can be harmful. Tx for uncomplicated UTI is 3 d so may not be an issue/consult your doctor
