Irritating : The names like Retin A, Retin A Micro, Renova, Refissa, Atralin etc. Are all the same medication in different bases, like a gel, lotion or cream, and strengths. The stronger the strength the more irritating it is. Usually Atralin would be prescribed for oilier, acne prone, teen age skin.
