The 28th of june i received my cycle normal 7days but flow was light when i have a heavy flow the 1st 4days of my 7day cycle. july 10 1 week later i began spotting and later that day i had a light flow and is continuous today still a light flow.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems Obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections & hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do a home pregnancy test .
