NO: Alcoholism is heavily used word, I would not name cravings for alcohol as alcoholism. Drinking alcohol can be problematic / abuse/ dependence depending on individual assessment. Cravings are there because probably you have learnt the behaviour from your family. Yes, you are at most risk than others with no family hx of heavy alcohol use. brief Psychological support can be helpful.
