How do you feel?: A single concussion is unlikely to have a lasting effect, and even if it did, it's not really treatable. A chronic subdural hematoma is unlikely -- if no headaches, probably no reason to scan. Nobody has a perfect brain. The fact that you wrote suggests you are eager to learn even better ways of coping, relating others, and freeing yourself to be the person you want to be.
