No easy answers but: CFS is challenging but the key is proper diagnosis. By definition those with CFS have had treatable causes ruled out but my experience is that most with "CFS" have undiagnosed hypothyroidism/thyroiditis, chronic Lyme disease with coinfections like Babesia, Bartonella and Mycoplasma, parasites, food sensitivities, heavy metal toxicity etc. Some have sleep apnea.
