BV? STD?: "Abnormal [vaginal] discharge and bad odor" strongly suggest bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria; or trichomonas, an STD. Also, gonorrhea and chlamydia are more common in women with BV, so you also need testing for these STDs. Your urinalysis is not very abnormal, and urine testing cannot diagnose most vaginal infections. Discuss with yoru doctor. Good luck!
