Check your meds: Loratadine (the ingredient in brand-name Claritin and its generic cousins) only comes as a 10 mg tablet in the US. There are no 25 mg tablets. Please check your medicines as the 25 mg tablet is almost certainly not Claritin. It's impossible to say if you can take these together until you know specifically what they are.
