A member asked:

Hi, i'm 18 and i've been noticing small bloodlike dots that appear and disappear in the inside of my mouth. they are painless. what could this be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Red dots: Might be petechia, small capillaries that appear near the surface. that said, important that you have your General Dentist, a specialist Oral Surgeon, or a specialist Oral Pathologist visualize the lesions the nest time they appear, just to make sure that they are benign.
