Abstain or condoms: You've been asking many questions about BV. You'll do better by finding a physician highly experienced in gyneclogic infections, such as a gyn who subspecializes in infectious diseases (available in most urban areas). Although not a typical STD, BV related to having sex. Probably OK to resume sex, but try consistent condom use for 2-3 months and see if it makes a difference in BV recurrence.
