Infection: Hopefully this is a nonserious viral infection in its early stage. At this time treatment would be rest, intake of adequate fluids and Tylenol. Observe for worsening fever, chest discomfort and cough, severe headache, urinary burning, rash, neck stiffness, bloody diarrhea which require a physicians examination. Mild sore throat, mild nausea and diarrhea, nasal congestion,dry cough are less concern
