After googling, i found my condition to be similar to proctalgia fugax. what is the difference between that and rectal pain of endometriosis?

Not that similar: Endometriosis pain would be limited to the menstrual cycle. Proctalgia fugax can occur randomly. It affects men and women. It is thought to be a dysfunction of the nerves triggering the levator ani muscles.
