I am experiencing lower abdominal pain (side: left) . the following also describes me: tender abdomen. what should i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See Gyn: It is not uncommon to experience lower abdominal pain in a 27 year old female. In the rt. lower quad if an AP flares up, symptoms start peri umbilically and move to rt. lower quad. On left, pain frequently diverticular in origin but mostly in older patients. In younger patients a ruptured ovarian follicular cyst releases blood which causes pain. If persists see GYN
