Incomplete question: You statement did not come through in its entirety. You should apply an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin, available over the counter. You did not say, how the blister formed. If it was a friction blister, it will heal, as long as you keep the are clean and use antibiotic ointment to prevent infection. If the site becomes more painful, develops pus, red streaks develop in the skin, lymph nodes get enlarged, or you develop fever, see a doctor.
