I have been on regular period and i have all pregnancy symptoms and i had pregnancy test and i got negative results and my stomach is swollen?

Symptoms: Symptoms of pregnancy do not mean pregnancy. All of your testing in addition to having normal menses point to the fact that you are not pregnant. Perhaps the abdominal "swelling" can be attributable to foods that you are eating.
