See a doctor now: A bite from a spider, or other insect, which swells with red or dark color is very concerning for infection and/or dead tissue (necrosis). Symptoms such as pain with movement raise concern that the infection/necrosis is spreading. Someone with such a wound should seek IMMEDIATE medical care.
