A 35-year-old female asked:

Are there rare instances (not acromegaly)where adults stopped growing in early 20s but started growing taller again sev inches 15 yrs later?poss cause

That does not happen: That does not happen in real life, meaning a middle-aged adult does not grow taller if having excess growth hormone. She will get acromegaly instead of growing taller. Of course, there may be stories of middle-aged adults growing taller on the internet, but that's the internet world.
