Side pain: What side? Nausea vomiting? Diarrhea? Fever? Pain with urination? Pain ? Where? May be constipation, gas or diverticulitis if on left or even gastritis. On right upper may be gallbladder or if lower appendicitis. kidney stone. Need more information. Would follow up wiht urgent care/ doc
