My daughter is experiencing a heat rash, is calamine lotion safe to use ? she's 3 weeks old

I wouldn't: A three week old would get baby acne bases on age more often than heat rash. This process self clears over time & just needs to be kept clean. I find Calamine lotion is excessively drying and has very little use if any in modern treatment of skin problems.
