Prostatitis?: Several medical conditions can be abbreviated CBP. If chronic bacterial prostatitis, that's often a mixed bag: bacteria present but not necessarily the main cause of prostate inflammation. Maybe you still have residual non-bacterial prostatitis. Or maybe bacteria not completely gone, in which case symptoms and positive culture may return. Discuss with the doctor (urologist?) treating you.
