Full evaluation: You need to have a full urologic evaluation. This should include upper tract imaging such as ultrasound or ct scan as well as cystoscopy and vaginal exam.

See comment: What were your symptoms ? Why was a urine test done? Negative culture means no bacteria , but it depends on how it was cultured...Tuberculosis needs special culture...Sometimes a foreign body like stone a polup may shed wbc, s ; rbc, s, yet culture can be negative !;i in medicine the most important part in tne diagnosis in the history.
