No need, no worry: You do not need to clean out your vagina. Indeed, vaginal cleaning (douching) is potentially harmful and almost never necessary. The vagina is self cleaning. You can resume sex whenever you feel like it. (However, it's a bit puzzling that your doctor prescribed terconazole without symptoms. Apparently she thought you had a yeast infection, however.)
