Started new exercise program this week. finding myself feeling like i did when i had serotonin syndrome before. is it possible that i'm making more serotonin and now my current dose is too high? any explanation for this?

Yes: Exercise can increase serotonin levels. In addition, several of your medications listed can cause serotonin syndrome as well. Advise calling your doctor ASAP. Your medication should be adjusted.
